July PIM 2nd Speaker – Neil Ward “Increase your Property Deal Success with Sales Psychology”

Written July 15, 2015 By Property Options Leave a Comment

We are delighted that Neil Ward will be joining us for our July PIM.

neil wardAs a serial entrepreneur, Neil started a dating seminar business – the first of many success stories for Neil.

As well as running many other business ventures, Neil also wrote two bestselling books. All of this was during his last 2 years in the British Army as manager for the Queens Private Guard.

At the age of 27, Neil became a marketing consultant to many big marketing CEO’s, trained mastermind groups and marketing clients. At aged 28, Neil moved towards ‘Direct’ Sales – known to be the most difficult of all sales, with only 0.1% of people “making it”. Within the first 2 months, Neil was barely making enough money to cover his living expenses but at the 3 month point, something clicked and he quickly became the top salesman in a company of 50 ‘professional’ salespeople.

That same year he replaced the outgoing sales trainer for the company and increased sales by 50% using his unique training style and sales techniques which he has now adapted to the Rent 2 Rent and Deal Sourcing field.

At the age of 30 Neil decided to attend a R2R course and found the strategy fascinating. He was most surprised by how ‘few’ people were teaching this well and were actually making money from it. Within a month of the R2R course, Neil had his first R2R deal signed up and completed.

Since May 2014, Neil has sourced, refurbished and has completed 10 R2R deals, giving him a total cash flow of around £5,500 pcm.

With his past successful marketing experience proving invaluable to fast rise of his current property business turnover, Neil will share his top strategies and sales techniques. Landlords and Investors will hear how to motivate vendors and improve their negotiating skills for sales and lettings.

Sales and Negotiation techniques are  very important skills to develop. This promises to be a really interesting presentation, which we know you’ll find extremely useful, for your property and other businesses alike.

Make sure you join us on 30 July 2015 at Holiday Inn, Bristol City Centre, 6-9 pm.
